摘要
结构紧凑、减速比较大而效率较高的传动装置是设计者追求的目标。根据NGW型差动轮系3个基本构件角速度比之间的关系式,导出了这类传动机构运动简图的设计方法和传动比的计算公式,分析了能获得大减速比的原因。最后,举例介绍了设计过程。
It is the goal for designers to design the transmission device with a more compact structure, a larger reduction ration and a higher efficiency. In this paper, based on the angular velocity ratio relationship of the three basic links of the differential gear trains of NGW type, a design method of the mechanical kinematic diagram and a number of calculation formulas of the transmission ratio are derived, and the cause of a larger reduction ratio for this kind of gear trains is analyzed and in the end the design process is exemplified.
