摘要
目的以五味子乙素为指标,优化五味子的提取工艺。方法采用回归正交试验设计,通过HPLC测定五味子中五味子乙素的含量,确定最佳提取工艺。结果五味子中五味子乙素提取的最佳工艺为5倍量的90%乙醇,提取3h。结论此设计获得了最佳的试验工艺以及相应的数学模型,优于正交试验设计。
Objective To optimization of extract processing of Sehizandrin in Sehisandra Chinensis. Methods Orthogonal regression design was used in experience, The content of Sehizandrin in Sehisandra Chinensis was determinated by HPLC. Results The optimal extract processing of Sehizandrin in Sehisandra Chinensis was five time volume 90% ethanol and extracting three times. Conclusion The optimal extract processing and corresponding mathematics model was obtained and this design was better than orthogonal design.
