应用二次回归正交设计优化生姜黄酮的提取工艺

摘要 以总黄酮的提取率为目标,应用单因素试验方法考查原料质量与乙醇体积分数的比值,乙醇体积分数,提取温度对生姜中总黄酮的影响,并在此基础上应用回归正交试验设计方法建立三元二次方程优化生姜黄酮的提取工艺。结果表明,最佳工艺条件是:原料质量与乙醇体积的比值为1∶40,乙醇体积分数为0.77,提取温度为67℃。同时,建立的方程能较好的预测和优化生姜中总黄酮的得率。 Taking the total extraction ratio of lavonoids in ginger as a target, by using the single factor method, the influence of the solid to solvent rate, solvent concentration and extraction temperature on the total extraction ratio of lavonoids in ginger is studied. The quadratic orthogonai regression design is employed to built the equation and to optimize the extraction technique. The optimized condition is as follows: the solid to solvent rate is 1 : 40, the concentration is 0.77, and the temperature is 67 degree. Meanwhile the established equation can well predict and optimize the extraction rate of flavnoids in ginger.
