摘要
运用文献资料法对健康体育的形式和特点进行分析和论述,结合国外高校体育课程的发展动态,展望我国高校体育课程的研究。
The author illustrates and analyzes the forms and characteristics of health physical education in this article. According to documents and the development trends of foreign college＇s course of physical education, the author forecast the future of college＇s sports in China.
