摘要
在西部大开发的5年中,西部地区产业结构的调整步伐逐渐加快,产业结构进一步升级并趋于合理。促进西部地区产业结构升级的因素有:包括中央投资在内的资金供给增长;居民收入水平提高后,消费结构升级以及对外贸易水平不断提高。为促进西部产业进一步升级,国家应大力改善投资环境,运用包括财政政策在内的一系列政策,带动西部特色产业的发展。
In the past five years after the implementation of the Western Development strategy, the adjustment to industrial structure in Western China has been speeded up, which has resulted in an upgraded and more appropriate industrial structure. The key factors that have facilitated the evolution include the increasing capital supply, the upgrading of consumption structure and the increasing level of foreign trade. In order to gain the further upgrading of western industry, the government should greatly improve the investment environment by operating financial policy and a series of other policies to push forward the development of western industry.
