摘要
阐述目前两种关于我国高等教育供给增长对消费需求影响的不同观点。通过实证分析,指出我国高等教育供给增长对消费需求的影响是正向的、显著的,也就是说,高校扩招可以有效拉动内需。尽管在短期内高等教育供给增长会对消费需求产生明显的挤出效应,但从长期来看,它将是拉动消费需求的强劲动力。
This paper expatiates upon two different points about the influence of the growth of higher educational supplies on expense demand in China.Based on empirical analysis,this paper points out that this influence is forward and remarkable,in other words,the expansion of enrollment in university can promote the growth of expense demand.Although the growth of higher educational supplies may exert remarkable extrusive effect on expense demand in a short term,it will be a strong power of promoting the growth of expense demand over a long period of time.
