摘要
本文从高校领导体制、现实状况和历史使命三个维度阐述了党的先进性建设是高校党建永恒的主题;指出党的先进性建设要求高校必须认真落实科学发展观,处理好数量与质量、规模与效益、综合性与多科性、共性与特色、大师与大楼、领导与师生、业务骨干意识与党员意识、先进与平凡八个关系,把学校真正办成人民满意的学校,把教育真正办成人民满意的教育。
From the leadership system, realistic condition and history mission three dimensions, this paper demonstrates that the construction of CPC＇s Pioneering is the eternal theme of university＇s party construction. It points out that we should carry out the scientific view of developing, handle the eight relationships. They are quantity and quality, scale and effection, comprehensive and multiversity, commonness and features, masters and mansions, leadership and faculty, the consciousness of elite and party member, pioneering and common. We should make people really satisfied with our university and education .
