摘要
新制度经济学以制度为研究对象,运用经济学框架考察制度、制度变迁与经济绩效的相关关系。当下,我国公立高校负债问题日益凸显,诱发一系列危机。结合新制度经济学的理论对高校负债危机进行分析,以此寻找造成高校负债危机的深层原因,进而提出规避与化解高校负债危机的有效途径。
Neo-institutional economics takes institution as its research object,and employs economics framework to investigate the relations between institution,institutional change,and economic performance. Nowadays,the problem of debts in public universities in our country has shown up,leading to a series of crises.This paper analyzes universities' debt crises by utilizing neo-institutional theory,trying to seek the underlying causes of the debt crises in universities,and then proposes some effective ways to avoid and defuse universities' debt crises.
