摘要
依法治国是党的十五大提出的一项基本方略,高等教育作为国家教育发展的一个重要方面,也应尽早走上依法治理的轨道。本文从高校管理规范化方面谈了高校以法治教的必要性,并从建立健全高校领导体制、完善高校领导班子、正确处理党的教育政策与教育法律、法规的关系等方面谈了高校依法治教的可行性,并对高校实行依法治教提出了一些建议。
Managing the country according to law is the basic strategy presented by the 15th National Congress of the Party. As an important aspect of the state educational development, higher education should be managed by law. The thesis makes an exposition on necessity of managing the hihereducation in an aspect of the standarization of the college management. The author also talks about the feasibility from building leadership system and college leader group, handling correctly relations among educational policies, educational laws and regulations. Suggelions are put forward to carry out the college educational management according to law.
