摘要
目的初步探讨通心络胶囊对稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法72例患者随机分为治疗组(通心络胶囊治疗组)和对照组(丹参滴丸治疗组),观察治疗前和治疗8周后血浆内皮素(ET)、血清一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)及血脂水平的变化,同时应用多普勒超声诊断仪测定治疗前后反应性充血时和含服硝酸甘油后肱动脉内径的变化。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后血浆ET浓度及血脂下降,血清NO及NOS水平均升高,但通心络胶囊治疗组血浆ET浓度明显低于丹参滴丸治疗组(P<0.05),NO及NOS水平则高于丹参滴丸治疗组(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊可通过降低ET,升高NO、NOS水平等途径改善血管内皮功能。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on function of vascular endothelium in patients with stable angina pectoris （SAP}. Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups - treated group and control group. The patients in the treated group were treated by Tongxinluo capsule and the patients in the control group were treated by Danshen drop pill. Changes of blood levels of endothelin （ET）, nitric oxide （NO）, nitric oxide synthase （NOS） and blood lipids were observed before and after treatment of 8 weeks. And the baseline of brachial angiobore and the change of vascular diameter at response to nitroglycerin and reactive hyperemia were detected at same time by using ultrasonography. Results After treatment, the blood level of ET decreased, and the serum levels of NO and NOS increased in both groups. Compared with the control group, the levels of ET in the treated group was lower （P〈0.05}, and the levels of NO and NOS were higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule might protect vascular endothelium by decreasing blood levels of ET and increasing the serum levels of NO and NOS.
