摘要
目的:研究中药复方方剂对免疫损伤性肝纤维化大鼠肝损害的治疗作用。方法:给大鼠腹腔注射猪血清,制备肝纤维化模型,以低剂量、高剂量中药复方颗粒治疗,测定治疗前后的ALT、A、G、A/G和PT,结合肝组织切片及细胞化学染色观察判断疗效。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组ALT显著升高(P<0·001),A/G比值显著低于正常组(P<0·05);血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)明显延长(P<0·0005);肝纤维化明显;胶原纤维密度、巨噬细胞和储脂细胞显著高于正常组(P<0·05)。治疗组一般状态良好,高、低剂量治疗组ALT(0·01<P<0·05)及A/G比值显著高于模型组(P<0·05)。血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)得到纠正(P<0·0005);胶原纤维密度明显低于模型组(P<0·05),巨噬细胞和储脂细胞较模型组减少,高、低剂量组差异显著。肝小叶形态恢复正常,肝纤维化得到改善。结论:该中药复方能显著降低肝纤维化大鼠转氨酶,纠正凝血酶原时间,改善凝血功能,恢复肝细胞合成蛋白质的能力,促进肝细胞再生,延缓肝纤维化的发生。
Objective：To study the curative effect of compound chinese herb on fibred hepatocirrhisos of rat caused by immuno-damage. Methods： Prepare the rat model of fibred hepatocirrhisos by injecting the swine serum, and feed the Chinese drugs with high, standard and low doses , and give the α-interferon remedy at the same time. Determine ALT,A,G,A/G and PT before and after the treatment. Combine the hepatic tectology for experimental rats to observe the theraputic effect. Results：The therapeutic rats were in good condition . In model group, the PT was increased obviously （P〈0. 001）compared with that of the control group , and A/G was decreased relatively（ P〈0.05 ）. Where as ALT （ 0.01 〈 P〈0.05 ） was lower in high dose group compared with that of model group, A/G was comparably high（ P〈0.05 ）, and PT was greatly delayed than that in therapeutic group（ P〈0. 0005 ）. The results with analyzing the hepatic tectology was that the hepatic tissue unit morphology recovered from damege. Conclusion： The compound Chinese herb has the therapeutical effect on hepatocirrhisos of rat by reducing the ALT and PT, recovering the protein synthesizing ability in hepatic cells, accelerating the hepatic cell regeneration and thereby to postpone the hepatocirrhosis.
