摘要
目的 :探讨雷公藤多甙对移植心脏免疫损伤性冠状动脉硬化的影响。方法 :采用家兔同种异位心脏移植为实验动物模型 ,术后受体家兔分别给药 (雷公藤多甙或生理盐水 ) ,术后 1 0 d,剖取移植的心脏 ,检测冠状动脉内膜厚度及组织学改变。结果 :雷公藤多甙能够抑制冠状动脉内膜层淋巴细胞、单核细胞及平滑肌细胞的侵入及增殖、较有效地控制内膜的增厚。结论
Objective To study the effect of Tripterygium wilfordii on coronary artery atherosclerosis immune injury of cardiac allografts in rabbit.Methods Rabbit heart heterotopic transplantation was selected as experimental animal model.After surgery,Tripterygium Wilfordii or Natrii Chloridi were administered resepectively in two groups for ten days.The allograft hearts were harvested for measuring.Results Tripteryium Wilfordii could inhibit the infiltration and proliferation of lymphocytes,mononuclear cells and smooth muscle cells in the intima and reduce intimal thickening of coronary artery.Conclusion These findings suggest that Tripterygium Wifordii may inhibit the immune injury coronary artery atherosclerosis in cardiac allograts.
