摘要
分析佛山行政区划调整的特点和利弊,提出佛山整合发展面临的主要问题:“诸侯”观念没有得到完全消除;地方政府行为有待规范;缺乏一个强大的中心城区带动市域整合发展;产业布局分散;基础设施衔接不畅等,最后提出了整合发展的5点对策。
The latest administrative division adjustment in Foshan has three characteristics： the areas of adjusted is large, the economic strength of central city is weak ; some build-up areas are interconnected and some develop solely. The administrative division adjustment has basically achieved its due aims, but also has some insufficiencies. Five problems that Foshan is confronted with are explored： “ seigneur conception” still prevails; government＇s behavior needs to be normalized; a strong central city is needed to drive Foshan＇s development; the distribution of industry is dispersive and the infrastructure is complete. Countermeasures are brought forward to resolve those problems. In conclusion, administrative division adjustment （annexation or consolidation） is not first but last means to accelerate regional integrated development and increase urban competition capacity.
