摘要
大批建制市的崛起是中国城市化最显著成就之一。中国的城市绝大多数是城乡合治型的广域型行政区。城市建制与行政隶属关系转型过程中存在一系列矛盾和问题。为此 ,中国城市行政区划管理体制需要创新 ,以促进中国城乡社会结构转型 ,全面提高城市化质量和水平。
The growing up of large quantities of cities has been one of the most prominent achievements of the Chinese urbanization. The bulk of the Chinese cities belong to the wide territory administrative area, of which cities and rural areas are governed together. There are many contradictions lying in the development of this kind administrative area. Therefore, the administrative division system of the Chinese urban areas needs innovation to accelerate the transforming of the Chinese urban and countryside society and entirely improve urbanization quality and quantity.
