摘要
通过文献资料、归纳分析等方法,以核心城市新一轮行政区划调整背景下的体育产业为研究对象。综合政治经济学、城市空间经济学等理论研究范式,从区划调整的城市化内涵中"体育生活服务空间的拓展"、"体育用品制造业及配套的产业服务链空间拓展"两个方面,结合政策制度创新论述其对体育产业的影响。认为本轮核心城市行政区划调整立足于空间经济效应及政策效应,通过经济发展水平、人口和收入消费等外部变量的变化、高规格体育赛事的引进以及体育用品制造业的集聚整合等促进了体育产业的发展,并以超越常规机制的强力行政手段通过政策制度的创新制度化地促进了体育产业的发展。
Through literature, expert interviews, inductive analysis and other methods, the paper takes the core city of a new round of adjustment of administrative divisions under the background of the sports industry as the object of study. It adopts comprehensive political economics and spatial economics theory as the research paradigm. And from two aspects of the connotation changes of administrative division adjustment, namely, ＂the space expansion of sports life service＂ and ＂the space expansion of sporting goods manufacturing industry and related industrial chain＂, the paper combines the in- novation of the system of policy and discusses the effect of sport industry. It reckons that the core city administrative di- vision adjustment is based on the spatial economic effect and policy effect. And the adjustment promotes the development of sports industry by the change of the external variables, include the level of economic development, population and in- come consumption, high standard sports events as well as the introduction of sports goods manufacturing industry ag- glomeration. And it further promotes the development of sports industry by the innovation system of policies, which has a better effect than ordinary mechanism of administrative power.
