光电二极管是把光信号转换为电信号的核心器件,提供合适的反向偏压是其正常工作的关键。文中设计的反向偏压产生电路,不仅具有输出电压可调,且具有纹波小和温度补偿功能。
The Photodiode is the core part in the circuit that transforms the optical signal into the electric signal. It can supply appropriate reverse bias-voltage for the circuit. In theis paper, the reverse bias-voltage circuit is supplyed, which can not only outputs adjustable voltage, but also possess little ripple and the function of temperature-compensation.
