摘要
针对集成温度传感器AD590应用中存在的非线性问题,介绍了AD590的特点、工作原理及非线性误差产生的原因,重点讨论了实际应用中AD590在环境温度采集时温度补偿的几种方法,实验结果表明这些方法成本低、误差小、精度高。
Focusing on the problem of non-linearity occurs in the application of the Integrated Circuit Temperature Transducer AD590; a method to compensate non-linearity is presented in this paper. A brief introduction to the features,principles of AD590 and the reasons of non-linearity error are given with emphasis on the methods of non-linearity compensation in environment temperature detection. The experiments results show that the methods of non-linearity compensation have the advantages of low cost, low error and high precision.
