摘要
针对目前企业界、管理学界风行的企业再造（即ＢＰＲ）理论，在具体分析企业再造所必须具备的前提条件、企业再造所必须遵循的原则、企业再造的实施、实施再造后新流程所具有的特点基础上，针对我国企业目前的实际情况，提出了我国企业再造的一些基本思路（即ＣＢＰＲ）
According to Business Process Reengineering (BPR) popular in business and management at present, on the basis of specific analysis of the required conditions for business reengineering, principles that business must follow, practice of business reengineering, as well as characteristics that the new process embodies, in accordance with the actual condition in our business, the article brings forth some clues for our country's business process reengineering (CBPR).
