摘要
林木抗病基因工程研究的关键是建立高效的遗传转化体系和选择优良的抗病目的基因。本文就近年来林木抗病基因工程中有关遗传转化体系的建立及抗病目的基因的应用进行简要综述。
The advances in the gene transformation system and the application of disease resistant genes to forest tree are reviewed in this paper.
