摘要
共培养法是农杆菌介导转基因比较常用的方法之一。建立一个高效的遗传转化体系,除了确定抗生素种类,菌种和菌液浓度,预培养和共培养时间等基本因子外,优化影响转化的因子非常重要。主要介绍和分析共培养法中可能优化的影响基因转化因子,为提高农杆菌介导转化率提供了方法和依据。
Co-culture is one of the Agrobacterium mediated gene transformation methods. In addition to the choice of antibiotics, Agrobacterium strain and optical density, time of the pre-culture and co-culture, optimization of factors affecting transformation are also very important in developing an efficient genetic transformation protocol. The optimized factors were introduced in co-culture method in order to provide methods and basis for enhancing the efficiency of Agrobacterium mediated transformation.
