摘要
通过控制钢种成分、轧制工艺及连续热镀锌参数,其性能达到有关热镀锌标准的超深冲级,镀层附着性优良,实冲件全部合格,深冲级镀锌板的研制成功,为我国汽车工业提供了良好的耐蚀、深冲金属材料。
By way of control on the compositions of steel grades .rolling procedures and the parameters for continuous hot dip galvanizing .the performance of the steel strip has attained the extra-deep drawing level with regard to the standard of hot galvanizing. The adherence of coating is good and all of the deep drawing pieces are satisfactory. The successful research on deep drawing level galvanized plates provides a good corrosion-resistant and deep drawing metal material for our national Automobile industry.
