摘要
对美国克莱斯勒汽车厂提供的超深冲双面差厚合金化镀锌钢板进行了较详尽的检测分析。提出该钢板所以具有优越的超深冲性能,是由于超低碳并加钛,从而获得高值、高n值和高延伸率的缘故。
This paper proceeds a detail inspection and analysis of the dual-face microalloy zinc-plated steel sheet with deep drawability as-supplied by Chrysler Corp.and acknowleges that the super quality of deep drawability of the steel sheet comes from the presence of titanium in the extra low carbon raw sheet resulting in the high r number ,high n number ,and high malleability of the sheet.
