摘要
目的探讨经皮穿刺切吸术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法自1993年5月￣1996年11月对377例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用自动式经皮腰间盘切吸仪(APLD)治疗,随访时间10个月￣3.5年(平均2.1年),按Macanb疗效标准进行评定。结果差30例。其中21例经再次切吸手术,8例获优良疗效,另9例行手术探查。结论经皮穿刺切吸术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种有效方法,但应严格掌握手术适应症。
[Objective] To analyse the causes of the unsatisfactory clinic effect of lumbar disc herniation （LDH） treated by automated precutaneous lumbar discetomy（APLD）. [Methods] 377 cases with LDH were treated by APLD. All were followed up for 10 months to 3.5 years（average 2.1 years）,and accessed by Macnab,s criterion. [Results] 30 case got poor results, of which were performed reoperation of APLD and 8 got excellent and good effects. [Conclusion] APLD is a kind of effective method for LDH. But it is important to control the surgical indication strictly.
