摘要
目的探讨经皮穿刺椎间盘切除吸引术对腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取2008年10月至2009年11月期间湖南省水利水电医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者55例作为研究对象,我们给予经皮穿刺椎间盘切除吸引术治疗,现观察这些患者的疗效。结果①治疗后,腰椎间盘突出症患者的症状评分显著高于治疗前,治疗前后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②55例腰椎间盘突出症患者,治愈9例(16.4%),显效24例(43.6%),有效17例(30.9%),无效5例(9.1%)。③2例患者出现了手术并发症,并发症发生率为3.6%。结论经皮穿刺椎间盘切除吸引术治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有疗效好、并发症发生率低等优点。
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of percutaneous lumbar discectomy on lumbar disc herniation. Methods 55 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted into the Water Conservancy and Hydropower hospital of Hunan Province from October 2008 to November 2009 were selected to be the study objects, and we gave them percutaneous lumbar discectomy for treatment, whose clinical therapeutic effect were analyzed in this paper. Results ①The symptom score of patients with lumbar disc herniation after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment（P〈0.05）. ②Among the 55 patients with lumbar disc herniation, 9 （16.4%）were cured, 24（43.6%）had marked effect,17（30.9%）had ordinary effect, 5 （9.1%） had no effect. ③2 patients had postoperative complications, and the incidence rate was 3.6%. Conclusion Aspiration Percutaneous discectomy for lumbar disc herniation with good efficacy, low complication rate and so on.
