摘要
目的研究姜黄素对白血病耐药细胞HL60/ADR的抑制作用。并且与抗癌药物阿霉素对HL-60/ADR细胞的体外杀伤作用进行了比较。方法应用MTT法检测姜黄素对细胞的毒作用及杀伤作用,用荧光分光光度法进行细胞内阿霉素蓄积测定。结果姜黄素明显抑制白血病耐药细胞HL-60/ADR细胞的生长,24、48和72h的IC50分别为8.94、5.21和3.82μg/mL。姜黄素与阿霉素合用,在HL60/ADR细胞中均有增敏作用。结论姜黄素可抑制白血病耐药细胞HL-60/ADR细胞的生长,与阿霉素之间无交叉耐药。
[Objective] To explore the suppression of curcumin on leukemia cell line HL-60/ADR combined with Adriamymin (ADR) on HL-60/ADR cell lines in vitro. [Methods] The suppression of curcumin in on leukemia cell line HL-60/ADR and antitumor effects of the drugs on tumor ceils in vitro were determined by MTT method. [Results] Curcumin suppressed the growth of HL-60/ADR obviously these IC50 were 8.94, 5.21, 3.82 μg/mL for 24, 48,72h respectively. Cureumin combining with ADR produced sensitive effect in HL-6OtDAR. [Conclusion] Curcumin can suppress the growth on HL60/ADR.
