摘要
肉用型乌鸡是通过丝羽乌鸡、山地乌鸡、本地柴鸡杂交选育而成。生产性能显著提高,60日龄体重、90日龄体重和40周龄体重以及90日龄屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸腿肌率比丝羽乌鸡及本地柴鸡高,差异显著(p<0.05)或差异极显著(p<0.01),但和山地乌鸡比,差异不显著(p>0.05).
Bred from three--line crossing among Taihe silkies, mountain silkies and local silkies, the meat--type silkies improved greatly in meat performence, with bettrs results in body weights in chickens of 60--day age, 90--day age and 40--weak age, nestling--coefficient and breast--leg rate than those in silkies chicken and local chicken, but not significant （P〉0. 05） compared with mountain silkies.
