摘要
目的:测定茂名双齿围沙蚕Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn6种营养元素的含量。方法:采用湿法消化法消解样品,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn6种营养元素的含量。结果:双齿围沙蚕Ca、Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn的含量丰富,尤其富含Ca、Fe和Zn。结论:方法简便、准确,可用于双齿围沙蚕营养元素的测定。
Objective：To determine the content of six nutrient elements（Ca,Mg,Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn）in clamworm Perinereis aibuhitensis.Methods：The method of wet digestion was used to deal with the sample.Contents of the six nutrient elements were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Results：The sample is rich in Ca,Cu,Fe,Mn and Zn,among which,contents of Ca,Fe and Zn are much higher than that of other aquatic food products.Conclusions：The method is simple and accurate and can be used in the determination of nutrient elements in clamworm Perinereis aibuhitensis.
