摘要
塞北乌骨鸡是新育成的一个地方品种,为探讨该品种种蛋的适宜蛋重,按相差平均蛋重±1.5 g,将4 500枚种蛋分为5组,研究不同组别的种蛋在孵化过程中的失重规律和孵化率.结果表明:塞北乌骨鸡种蛋在整个孵化期,都处于稳定的失重过程中.蛋重越大,失重越大;随着孵化日龄的增加,失重和失重率增大;9胚龄是失重和失重率变化的最明显期,是种蛋发育的关键期;太大或太小的种蛋失重率均大,孵化率也低.塞北乌骨鸡种蛋适宜蛋重为39-48 g.
Saibei silky is a local newly breed. In order to investigate suitable weight of seed eggs in the silky chicken, 4500 seed eggs were divided into 5 groups, according to average egg weight in different phase of ±1.5g, Then their weight loss pattern and hatching rate in hatching process were studied. The result indicated that Saibei silky breeding eggs were under a stable condition of weight losing process during the entire hatching period. The heavier the egg was, the more the weight loss occurred. Along with the hatching process, weight loss and weight loss rate raised. The 9th day, when embryos developed remarkably, was the critical period of embryo growth. The biggest or the smallest breeding eggs had the low hatching rate. It is suggested that the suitable weight of seed egg is 39448 g.
