肿瘤显像剂配体Tr-MAVG-Ade和Tr-MAA_2-Ade的合成 被引量:1

SYNTHESIS OF Tr-MAVG-Ade AND Tr-MAA_2-Ade AS LIGANDS OF TUMOR IMAGING AGENT

摘要 合成了2个新的碱基修饰的小肽配体9-[N-(S-三苯甲基巯基乙酰基)二丙氨酰氨基乙基]腺嘌呤(Tr-MAA2-Ade)和9-[N-(S-三苯甲基巯基乙酰基)缬氨酰甘氨酰氨基乙基]腺嘌呤(Tr-MAVG-Ade).通过IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,MS和元素分析等手段对其进行了表征. Two new peptide ligands, 9-[N-(S-tritylmercaptoacetyl) valylglycylaminoethyl] adenine ( Tr-MAVG-Ade) and 9-[-N-(S-tritylmercaptoacetyl)dialanylaminoethyl] adenine (Tr-MAA2-Ade), are synthesized and characterized by IR, ^1HNMR, ^13CNMR, MS and elemental analysis.
