2′-脱氧尿嘧啶5位碱基修饰的核苷衍生物研究进展

摘要 核酸在活体细胞中发挥着重要的作用,它们通过存储和转录基因信息直接控制蛋白质的表达,在分子生物学方面有着广泛的应用。人工合成的寡核苷酸以其可以随心所欲地合成所需序列,杂交时间短,价格低廉越来越受到人们的关注。综述了以天然脱氧核糖核酸的组成中脱氧尿嘧啶核苷为基础,对其碱基的5位进行结构修饰的研究进展,展望了其发展趋势及应用前景。 Nucleic acids play an important role in living cells by their storage and transcription of genetic information,thus directly control the expression of the protein.Chemically synthetic oligonucleotides have attracted more attentions because of their low price and short hybridization time.Chemical modification of the natural DNA has been described.The future trends and prospects of the above derivatives were also presented.
