摘要
介绍了ZRCAE1.1有限元分析软件在盾构掘进机研发中的应用,简要叙述了盾构掘进机壳体设计的过程,着重介绍了载荷分析、三维实体造型、网格剖分、施加载荷与约束、后处理结果分析的方法,对三维实体造型、网格剖分、施加载荷与约束中的技巧也作了相应介绍。
The article presents the application of the finite element analysis program of ZRCAE1.1 in the research and development of shield tunnel boring machines and briefly describes the design process of the shell of the shield tunnel boring machine, with the emphasis being placed on the presentation on the methods of load analysis, 3-d solid modeling, grid mesh division, acting load and restriction and post-treatment result analysis. Furthermore, the article also presents the know-how of the 3-d solid modeling, grid mesh division and loading and restriction.
