摘要
目的:观察复方消疲悦意饮对慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的临床疗效。方法:对治疗组31例和对照组16例CFS患者分别予口服复方消疲悦意饮和归脾丸、谷维素,比较两组患者临床症状的改善情况。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为87.10%和56.25%,组间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组对疲劳、咽痛、肌肉疼痛、睡眠障碍及运动后疲劳等症状改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:复方消疲悦意饮可显著改善CFS的临床症状,减轻疲劳。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of compound Xiao-pi-yue-yi decoction in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome （CFS）. Methods： 31 patients of the treating group were given compound Xiao-pi-yue-yi decoction, and 16 patients of the control group were given Gui-pi pill and oryzanol tablet, respectively. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the treating group was significantly higher than that of the control group （87. 1% vs 56.25%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with the control group, the clinical symptoms of the treating group, including fatigue, pharyngalgia, muscular soreness, sleep disorder and postexercise fatigue, were all significantly improved （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Compound Xiao-pi-yue-yi decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with CFS, relieve fatigue.
