摘要
目的:探讨近视眼视网膜色素上皮层和神经纤维层厚度及其形态与对比敏感度值的联系。方法:21例近视眼病例,39眼做光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomogra-phy,OCT),扫描测量并观察黄斑区的视网膜神经纤维层和色素层的厚度和形态;以F.A.C.T对比敏感度测试卡测量各个频率的对比敏感度值;采用Spearman等级相关分析法,分析对比敏感度与近视眼底萎缩弧以及视网膜色素上皮层、视网膜神经纤维层厚度之间的联系;比较不同视网膜色素上皮病变程度的近视眼病例的对比敏感度值。结果:在黄斑区视网膜色素上皮层平均厚度与高频(121、8 cpd)对比敏感度值之间存在具有正相关,有显著性意义(r=0.452、0.437,P均<0.001),而神经纤维层厚度与对比敏感度之间无相关(P均>0.05);视网膜色素上皮存在明显病理改变的眼球其对比敏感度功能显著降低(P均<0.05)。结论:发生眼底病理性改变的近视眼,其对比敏感度降低的视网膜解剖基础是黄斑区视网膜色素上皮层发生病变。
Objective To investigate the relationship between contrast sensitivity and the re.final optical coberence tomography characteristics in myopic eyes.Methods The retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) and retinal pigmerit epithelium (RPE) were observed and measured with a Zeiss-Humphrey 2000 optical coherence tomographer (OCT) on a consecutive sample of 39 eyes of 21 myopic patients (12 male and 9 female). Contrast sensitivity (CS) was measured with a F. A. C. T CS card. Spearman correlation was used to investigate the. correlation between contrast sensitivity and retinal optical coberence tomography characteristics and thickness. An ANOVA test was used to compare the CS value in myopic eyes with a variety of pathological changes, Results The thickness of the RPE in the macular area had a statistically positive correlation with high frequency CS, while the RNFL did not have a similar positive correlation with CS. Compared to normal eyes, the CS value significantly decreased in eyes with obviotus RPE pathological changes. Conclusion The reduction in the CS value in pathological eyes resulted from the pathological changes related to the RPE in myopic eyees.
