摘要
合理的德育环境建设实践是形成和发展人的思想政治道德素质的积极动力。因此,探究德育和德育环境的内涵,分析德育环境的宏观与微观层面的互动作用,结合实际理清高职院校德育环境的构成及其要素,可以使德育工作者在处理环境、教育和人三者关系中增强自觉性、自主性、有效性。
A reasonable construction of moral education environment is a motive power in cultivating and developing a person' s quality of ideology and morality. The educators could do their work more effectively and more consciously in dealing with the relationship among environment, education and individuals if they make efforts in exploring the contents of moral education and moral education environment, analyzing the interaction of the macro and micro levels of moral education environment, and defining the elements which make up the moral education environment in higher vocational colleges.
