摘要
近年来,高职院校职业生涯规划教育取得了一定的进展,但在整体性、层次性和系统性方面仍存在一些问题。这些问题产生的主要原因在于院校的重视程度不够。高职院校应当加强相关师资队伍建设,创新教育模式,以企有效推进职业生涯规划教育的发展。
The Career Planning Education in higher vocational colleges has made some progress in recent years, but some problems still exist in its integrity, hierarchy and systematicness. The main reason is that the colleges don＇t attach the great importance to it. In order to prompt the development of career planning education effectively, higher vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of teaching staff and innovate in education models.
