摘要
目的:建立薄层扫描法测定灵仙苗中齐墩果酸的含量。方法:采用薄层扫描法,扫描波长?S=530nm,?R=680nm。结果:含量测定加样回收率为99.4%,RSD为2.4%。结论:该方法准确、稳定、重现性好。
Objective： To established a method for the determination of oleanolic acid in the leaf and stem of Clematis Chinensis. Method： TLC scanning witheeS=530nm,eeR=680nm. Result： The average recovery rate of the added sample was 99.4% （RSD=2.4%）. Conclusion： The method is accurate, simple, reliable.
