摘要
齐墩果酸与熊果酸为一对性质极为相近的同分异构体,常被混淆为同一化合物。本文对近年来齐墩果酸和熊果酸分离测定方法的研究现状进行了综述,建议采用原位预处理-薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法等手段对二者进行分离测定。
Oleanolic acid and ursolic acid are isomers. It is often mistakenly regard as the same compounds. In this paper. the separation and determination methods of oleanolic and ursolic acid in Chinese material medica is summarized, and give an introduction of in-situ TLCS and HPLC method to separate and determinate.
