摘要
通过对大学生体育活动及其耐挫能力的问卷调查,发现当前大学生体育活动的次数、体育活动量和强度、参加体育活动意愿与其紧张性情绪存在显著相关;参加体育活动形式、体育活动目的与其稳定性情绪有关。为此提出科学有效进行体育活动有助于提高学生的耐挫能力,并给予相应的建议。
Based cn the investigation of sports participation and frustration ability of college students, it is found that there exists the significant correlation between the nervousness motion and the frequency, exercise intensity, exercise load and the participation attempt ; the participation patterns, motivation of sports participation has close connection with the stability motions. Accordingly it is very imperative to cultivate college students' frustration ability effectively and the relevant suggestions were proposed.
