摘要
本工作用激光喇曼光谱从分子水平就三种卟啉类药物对小牛胸腺DNA的光敏损伤进行了比较。结果表明,对小牛胸腺DNA损伤最强的是光卟啉YHPD,而PhotofrinⅡ和血卟啉BHPD分别居第二、第三位。
In this work, the photosensitive damages of three drugs of Porphy-rins (YHPD, BHPD and Photofrin Ⅱ) on Calf Thymus DNA, were compared byLaser Raman spectroscopy at molecular level. It is indicated that the damage ofYHPD on Calf Thymus DNA is the strongest. and then the Photofrin Ⅱ. and thethird BHPD.
