摘要
用离子交换法制备了新型层柱催化剂ZnAl-XW11Z(X=P,Ge,B和Co;Z=V,Ti,Cr和Co等);XRD和IR测试结果表明,该化合物具有通道高度为0.99±0.01nm的层柱结构,层间阴离子保持Keggin结构骨架;对乙酸与正丁醇的酯化反应,它比HY分子筛具有更高的催化活性;吸附吡啶的IR测定结果表明,它同时具有B酸和L酸两种酸性中心.
Heteropolyanions XW 11 O 39 Z(H 2O) n - (X=P, Ge, B and Co; Z=V, Ti, Cr and Co) with mono substituted Keggin structure were intercalated into the layers of anion clay of Zn Al type using ion exchange method, and a new type layer pillared microporous material with basal spacing of 1 46±0 01 nm, ZnAl XW 11 Z, was obtained. The catalysts were found to be catalytically efficient for esterification of acetic acid with n butanol in liquid solid phase. Among the gallery anions, the activity is in the following order: PW 11 Co>GeW 11 Co>BW 11 Co>CoW 11 Co. This order suggests that the order of the surface acid strength of ZnAl XW 11 Co increases with the decrease of the negative charge of heteropolyanion in their gallery. It was concluded that the surface acid strength of ZnAl XW 11 Z is correlated with mono heteropolyanion and their interaction with the host layer. The IR spectra of pyridine adsorbed (at 473 K) show that ZnAl XW 11 Z possesses both B and L acidic centres.
