摘要
采用黑曲霉LH24为出发菌株,经紫外线和硫酸二乙酯诱变处理,选育出一株生产菌LH2466.在适宜条件下,LH2466产纤维素酶平均为18910 U.g-1.
Original strain, cellulase producing strain LH24 was mutated by UV and DES. Then a high cellulase-producing strain named LH2466 was obtained. Under optimum condition, LH2466 was able to accumulate an average of 18910 U·g^-1 of cellulase.
