摘要 讨论了脂质体在冷冻干燥、复水化及贮存过程中的稳定性,并介绍了冻干保护剂的作用机理。 The stability of liposomes during freeze-drying, rehydration, storage and the mechanism of the lyoprotectants are discussed.
