摘要
介绍了资本外逃的有关理论,测算了我国资本外逃的规模,指出:我国虽已成为世界上吸引外资最多的国家,但规模巨大的资本外逃严重影响我国的资本积累、财政税收以及人民币汇率等宏观经济变量的稳定,防止大规模的资本外逃应当成为我国经济改革进程中要解决的当务之急。
This article introduced the relating theories of capital flight and measured its scale. It indicated that although China has become the country attracting the largest foreign investment, huge capital flight seriously affects the capital accumulation, fiscal revenue, exchange rate and other micro-economic factors＇ stability. To prevent great scale capital flight should become the urgent affairs we have to solve in the process of our economic reform.
