摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法对锦州地区春季市售水果中Al、B、Ca、Cd、Cu、Fe、K、Na、Zn、Pb等元素含量进行了同时测定,对该地区水果中有益元素含量及当地重金属污染情况进行了考察,并对各元素进行了加标回收实验,建立了简便、快速、准确稳定的测定水果中金属元素的分析方法。
The ICP-OES method was applied to determine simultaneously the elements including Al,B,Ca,Cd,Cu,Fe,K,Na,Zn and Pb contained in the fruits that were sold at the Jinzhou＇s market,and the status of heavy metal pollution and nutrition was realized after analyses.After the recovery experiments,a simple,swift and accurate analytic technique for detecting the metal elements in fruits was established.
