摘要
目的 探讨医院餐具用后消毒方法 ,减少医院餐具所致的医院感染以及环境污染。方法 住院一般患者的餐具和职工厨房使用的餐具实行“一洗、二涮、三冲、四灭菌、五保洁”规范管理 ;住院传染病患者的餐具实行“一浸、二涮、三冲、四灭菌、五保洁”规范管理。结果 餐具抽查 1984份 ,合格率 10 0 % ,没有发生餐具所致的医院感染。结论 医院传染病患者餐具采用消毒、清洁、灭菌、保洁方法 ;一般餐具采用清洁、灭菌、保洁方法的规范管理 ,可减少医院餐具方面的医院感染以及环境污染 。
OBJECTIVE To explore the methods of the dishes sterilization in hospital, and reduce the incidence of hospital infection and environment pollution from the dishes used by hospital. METHODS The dishes from those ordinary patients and our staff were managed with standardization on following flow chart: one step for washing, two for scrubbing, three for flushing, four for disinfection, five for keeping clean. The dishes from those patients with contagious disease were managed on following chart: one step for soaking, two for scrubbing, three for flushing, four for disinfection, five for keeping clean. RESULTS A total of 1 984 dishes were randomly detected, the qualified rate was 100%. No nosocomial infection occurred during recent four years. CONCLUSIONS The two kinds of disinfection methods mentioned above can reduce the incidence of hospital infection and environment pollution from the dishes, and ensure the health of the staff and patients.
