摘要
利用球杆仪的测长功能,建立了BKXⅠ型并联数控机床的标定数学模型,提出逐次逼近法标定42个机床运动学参数。在此基础上,利用Matlab软件对该方法中的关键问题———雅克比矩阵进行仿真研究,为实际测量和标定BKXⅠ型并联数控机床提供了理论依据和应用基础。
By using length measurement of double ball bar, the model of BKX- Ⅰ parallel machine tool is established,and the method of approaching gradually is put forward to calibrate 42 kinematic parameters. Based on these, key problem of this method is simulated to gain reasonable result using Matlab, giving theory and application for measuring and calibrating parallel machine tool.
