摘要
提出了一种使用改型的毛细管粘度计精确测量制冷剂饱和液粘度的新的标定和测量方法。用雷诺数Re与毛细管管径关联的方法选择毛细管管径;用理论与实验结合的方法标定仪器常数;用不同充注量标定的方法确定不同温度下的仪器常数;分析了对粘度测量值的各种影响因素;使用本方法测量制冷剂饱和液粘度的最大误差小于3%。本方法也适用于其它小粘度流体的粘度测量。
The method of calibration of a new kind of capillary viscometers developed in our previous work as well as the operation method of the viscometer is put forward. For this viscometer, the diameter of the caplillary was selected according to the relation between the Reynolds number of the fluid and the diameter of the capillary, the constants of the viscometer were calibrated with semiempiric method and were modified at different temperatures and the other effects on the viscometer were considered. The uncertainty of the viscometer was analyzed to be less than 3%. These methods are also suitable to measure the viscosity of other fluids with low viscosity.
