摘要
针对YND100减速机箱体,运用Pro/E建立了三维实体模型,并导入ANSYS环境。采用静态分析方法,得出箱体变形图和应力分布云图。采用逐次逼近法,确定箱体壁厚优化目标,对箱体进行了优化设计。通过对箱体的有限元分析,为箱体的结构优化和质量减轻提供直接的理论依据,对同类产品在进行箱体设计时具有借鉴作用。
This paper establishes a three-dimensional solid model using Pro/E and import ANSYS environment for the YND100 reducer box. The box deformation diagrams and stress contours are drew based on static analysis method. The successive approximation method is adopted to determine the target of the box wall thickness optimization and optimize the design of case. The finite element analysis of box provides the theoretical basis for structural optimization of the box and weight reduction straightforward, and can be good reference for cabinet design of similar products.
