摘要
利用等离子体作为热源对45号钢进行表面淬火,通过试验获得了等离子体表面淬火热处理的最佳工艺参数,并简要分析了各种工艺参数对淬硬层硬度、深度、淬硬带宽度的影响规律。45号钢经等离子体表面淬火后,淬火硬度在HV800左右,采用等离子体热源对工件进行热处理是可行的。
This paper studied a method to use plasma as heat source for surface quenching of 45 steel, the optimal parameters are obtained through the tests, and the process parameters affecting hardened layer hardness,depth and width were analyzed. The hardness of 45 steel by surface quenching with plasma was about HV800, the method of heat treatment by using plasma as heat source was feasible.
