摘要
本文用扫描电镜、透射电镜及X射线衍射仪研究了等离子束处理后45钢硬化层的微观结构。结果表明,熔—凝处理使表层获得很高强化效应的微晶及超细化马氏体,并且部分巳非晶化,相变硬化使表层获得超细化马氏体由条状或块状亚结构组成,马氏体高密度位错主要在条状亚结构的边界处。文中还对等离子束处理相变过程进行了分析讨论。
The microstructures of the hardened layer on 45 steel after plasma melting were examined by SEM, TEM and x-ray diffractometcr. The e xperimental results show that the microstructure of the surface layer is fine martensite and partly non-crystalline. The fine-martensite in surface layer consists of lath and slab substructures. The martensite with high dislocation density locates mainly along the boundary zone of lath substructure. The process of phase transformation during plasma treatment was discussed.
